WowKeren - Ajang penghargaan Teen Choice Awards 2017 akan kembali digelar. Dalam kategori film, "Beauty and the Beast (2017)" berhasil mendominasi daftar nominasi gelombang kedua mengalahkan film "Wonder Woman" dan "Spider-Man: Homecoming".

Dilansir dari AceShowbiz.com, film yang dibintangi oleh Emma Watson dan Dan Stevens itu memperoleh 6 nominasi, termasuk kategori Choice LipLock dan Choice MovieShip. Dalam dua kategori tersebut, Watson dan Stevens bersaing melawan pemain "Wonder Woman", Gal Gadot dan Chris Pine.

Sementara itu, film "Spider-Man: Homecoming" mengumpulkan lima nominasi. Salah satunya adalah Choice Summer Movie. Dalam kategori tersebut, ia berhadapan dengan "Cars 3", "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales", "ransformers: The Last Knight" dan "War for the Planet of the Apes".

Dua pemeran "Spider-Man: Homecoming", Tom Holland dan Zendaya Coleman masuk dalam nominasi Choice Summer Movie Actor dan Choice Movie Actress. Mereka juga sama-sama bersaing dalam kategori Choice Breakout Movie Star.

Serupa dengan "Spider-Man: Homecoming", "Wonder Woman" juga hanya meraih 5 nominasi. Sedangkan nominee lainnya seperti "XXX: Return of Xander Cage", "Power Rangers", "Dunkirk", "Amityville: The Awakening", "Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets", "Moana" dan "Hidden Figures" setidak memperoleh satu nominasi.
