WowKeren - Hollywood Foreign Press Associations (HFPA) selaku penyelenggara Golden Globe Awards 2020 baru saja mengumumkan daftar nominasi ajang bergengsi tersebut. Pengumuman ini dibagikan melalui siaran langsung pada Senin (9/12) pagi waktu Amerika Serikat.

Dalam ajang bergengsi ini, sejumlah serial televisi tentunya juga bersaing ketat di berbagai kategori. Berdasarkan nominasi yang diumumkan, "The Crown" berhasil memimpin nominasi dengan masuk dalam empat kategori sekaligus, termasuk kategori utama Best Television Series - Drama.

Tak hanya itu, Olivia Colman juga berhasil mengantarkan "The Crown" menjadi nomine dalam kategori Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series - Drama, begitu pula dengan Tobias Menzies yang dinominasikan di Best Performance by an Actor in a Television Series - Drama.

Tak ketinggalan, aktris kondang Helena Bonham Carter juga masuk dalam jajaran nomine Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in a Series, Limited Series or Motion Picture Made for Television berkat perannya sebagai Putri Margaret, adik Ratu Elizabeth II di serial "The Crown".

Selain "The Crown", serial "Big Little Lies" juga meraih empat nominasi dalam Golden Globes 2020. Bahkan dua aktris yang berperan di serial ini, Nicole Kidman dan Reese Witherspoon sama-sama bersaing di kategori Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series - Drama.

Di sisi lain, malam puncak Golden Globe Awards 2020 akan dilangsungkan pada Minggu (5/12) malam di The Beverly Hilton, Los Angeles atau Senin (6/1) pagi waktu Indonesia.
