Voting MAMA 2017 nantinya bakal ditutup pada 28 November mendatang. Khusus untuk kategori Artist of the Year, Song of the Year, Album of the Year dan Special Awards, pemenang nantinya akan ditentukan dari penjumlahan hasil voting, penilaian juri serta penjualan digital dan fisik album.

Sementara itu, MAMA 2017 sendiri kali ini akan berlangsung lebih dari satu hari. MAMA 2017 disiapkan di 3 negara berbeda yakni Vietnam 25 November, Jepang 29 November dan Hong Kong 1 Desember.
