Emmy Awards 2022 telah resmi mengumumkan daftar lengkap nominasi. Acara puncak Emmy Awards 2022 dijadwalkan tayang pada 12 September 2022 mendatang di Los Angeles, California.

WowKeren - Ajang penghargaan bergengsi yang telah dinanti insan pertelevisian setiap tahunnya, Emmy Awards 2022 akhirnya resmi merilis daftar nominasi lengkap. Diketahui tahun ini merupakan pagelaran Emmy Awards yang ke-74.

Malam puncak Emmy Awards 2022 dijadwalkan akan digelar pada 12 September 2022 mendatang. Nantinya, puluhan aktor dan aktris terkenal akan hadir di Microsoft Theater, Downtown Los Angeles, California.

Acara bergengsi itu akan disiarkan langsung oleh stasiun TV Amerika Serikat, NBC. Sementara, panitia belum mengumumkan pasti identitas host yang akan memandu berlangsungnya Emmy Awards 2022.

Menariknya, sejumlah drama yang telah populer di telinga masyarakat terlist dalam nominasi Emmy Awards 2022. Serial Netflix yang dibintangi aktor dan aktris Korea Selatan yakni "Squid Game" bahkan berhasil memborong nominasi Emmy Awards 2022.

"Squid Game" mencetak prestasi dengan memimpin perolehan nominasi. Total dari 25 kategori, "Squid Game" berhasil mengantongi 14 nominasi. Di susul oleh serial populer lainnya yakni "Stranger Things" dengan 13 nominasi. Kemudian "Ozark" dengan 8 nominasi.

Daftar nomine Primetime Emmy Awards 2022 itu ditentukan berdasarkan popularitas dan keberhasilan acara televisi yang tayang di Amerika Serikat dalam periode 1 Juni 2021 hingga 31 Mei 2022. Nantinya, acara puncak Emmy Awards 2022 pada 12 September 2022 akan didahului dengan Creative Arts Emmy yang berlangsung 3-4 September 2022.
