WowKeren - Sepertinya film seri "Twilight" telah meninggalkan kesan di mata para remaja. Hal ini terbukti saat aktris, aktor dan film "The Twilight Saga's New Moon" mendominasi daftar pemenang di ajang Teen Choice Awards 2010 yang disiarkan di TV Fox pada Senin 9 Agustus. Ajang tersebut dipandu Katy Perry dan para aktor serial TV "Glee" yakni Chris Colfer, Kevin McHale, Cory Monteith dan Mark Salling.

Di nominasi bidang film, para aktor dan aktris "The Twilight Saga's New Moon" berhasil meraih penghargaan diantaranya untuk kategori Choice Actress - Fantasy, Choice Actor - Fantasy, Choice Villain, Chocie Male Scene Stealer dan Choice Female Scene Stealer. Film "The Twilight Saga's New Moon" sendiri berhasil meraih penghargaan untuk kategori Choice Film Fantasy.

Selain seri film "Twilight", beberapa film yang berhasil meraih penghargaan diantaranya "Valentine's Day", "Avatar", "The Blind Side" dan "The Proposal%". Yang menarik, aktris senior seperti Betty White ternyata juga menyita perhatian para pemilih di ajang Teen Choice Awards 2010. Aktris yang kini berusia 88 tahun itu berhasil meraih penghargaan Choice Dance bersama lawan mainnya di film "The Proposal", Sandra Bullock.

Sementara itu di bidang televisi, serial TV tentang vampir yang diadaptasi dari novel karangan L. J. Smith berjudul sama, "The Vampire Diaries" juga mendominasi daftar pemenang penghargaan. Beberapa penghargaan yang berhasil diraih diantaranya Choice Sci-Fi/Fantasy dan Choice Breakout Show. Selain "The Vampire Diaries", beberapa serial yang berhasil meraih penghargaan di ajang Teen Choice Awards 2010 diantaranya serial TV musikal "Glee", "Gossip Girl" dan "American Idol".
