WowKeren - Selena Gomez berjaya di Radio Disney Music Awards yang digelar di Nokia Theatre, Los Angeles, Sabtu (26/4). Pelantun "Slow Down" ini berhasil membawa pulang tiga piala, yakni Song of the Year untuk "Come & Get It", Best Song To Dance To berkat "Birthday" dan Most Talked About Artist.
Selena berhasil mengalahkan "Roar" dari Katy Perry dan "Best Song Ever" milik One Direction untuk kategori Song of the Year. Turut menjadi pemenang di Radio Disney Music Awards ada artis lain seperti One Direction, Justin Timberlake, Demi Lovato dan Taylor Swift.
Taylor berhasil memenangkan dua piala, Fiercest Fans untuk para Swifties (sebutan penggemar Taylor) dan Best Musical Collaboration berkat "Everything Has Changed" yang dibawakannya bersama Ed Sheeran. Pemenang ajang penghargaan musik yang digelar Disney ini ditentukan dari voting fans yang sudah dibuka sejak akhir Februari lalu.
Radio Disney Music Awards ditayangkan di Disney Channel, Minggu (27/4) pukul 8 malam waktu setempat. Acara ini juga dimeriahkan oleh penampilan dari Ariana Grande, Austin Mahone, R5, Becky G, Fifth Harmony dan Zendaya.
