WowKeren - Ajang penghargaan E! People's Choice Awards kembali digelar tahun ini. Daftar nominasi pada masing-masing kategori pun telah dirilis. Pengumuman tersebut berlangung pada Kamis (1/10) waktu setempat, dan semua penghargaan akan ditentukan melalui voting oleh penggemar.
Tahun ini, acara penghargaan tahunan tersebut akan disiarkan langsung dari Barker Hangar di Santa Monica, California pada 15 November pukul 9 malam waktu setempat. Secara keseluruhan, akan ada 44 kategori yang diperebutkan dalam People's Choice Awards 2020 ini, termasuk kategori film, musik serta televisi.
Untuk kategori musik sendiri, Justin Bieber dan Lady Gaga memimpin dengan masuk dalam tujuh kategori sekaligus, termasuk kategori utama seperti Male Artist 2020 untuk justin, Female Artist 2020 untuk Gaga, hingga Song of 2020.
Menyusul di bawahnya, ada Ariana Grande yang dinominasikan dalam enam kategori, disusul oleh Dua Lipa, The Weeknd, hingga Megan Thee Stallion dan Taylor Swift. Ada pula grup asal Korea Selatan yang mencuri perhatian dalam ajang People's Choice Awards tahun ini, yakni Bangtan Boys (BTS) serta Black Pink (BLACKPINK) yang masing-masing akan bersaing di kategori Group of 2020.
